We are located in Erwin Square Plaza B-Wing off-campus Duke University (2200 W Main St, Durham, NC 27705).
Where/how do I park to participate?
We offer free parking for all our participants - we will send you directions to our parking lot to the Erwin Square Plaza parking Garage and meet you outside before your appointment!
Can I participate in online studies only?
Yes! If you don’t live near Durham or you are only interested in online studies you can let us know and we will only contact you for those studies.
Are we testing children for “correct” performance?
In our lab we study general patterns of social and cognitive development. We do not test or diagnose children. In our studies we are interested in how children think and act, and there are no right or wrong answers in our studies.
What happens to the information collected for our research?
It will be placed in a secure database.
How do I see the results of the study my child participates in?

How will I be compensated for my time?
We provide $5 Amazon gift cards for our online studies and $10 Amazon gift cards for our in-person studies along with a certificate for your child.
