Hi, I'm Sara! I am a sophomore majoring in biology on the pre-med track. I have always loved working with children and want to be a pediatrician in the future. I joined the ECC Lab to expand my knowledge of child development. Specifically, I am excited to learn how children make decisions and form their own opinions. In my free time I love to hang out with my friends, explore downtown Durham, walk in the gardens, and travel.

Hi, I'm Thulsy! I'm a junior, double majoring in psychology and English with a minor in Asian & Middle Eastern Studies. I'm excited to be a part of the ECC Lab! I'm very interested in exploring children's social and cognitive development, including moral reasoning, and the ways in which development is influenced by race and culture. Outside the lab, I enjoy doing yoga, playing the violin, and spending time in nature.

I am such a family girl who is best friends with her parents (in a cool not lame way). I major in Psychology but hope to attend Physician's Assistant School to work in Dermatology.

Hi! My name is Kaelin and I am a rising senior from Stamford, CT, majoring in psychology with a minor in statistics. I am broadly interested in how kids think about themselves and their peers as they age, as well how children with psychopathology and developmental disorders are affected by being in neurotypical environments. After Duke, I am planning on pursuing a PhD in clinical or developmental psychology. In my free time, I love baking, going to hot yoga classes, and hanging out with my cat, Bailey!
