Janvi Kavathia

Hi there! My name is Janvi and I am a rising junior majoring in psychology, hoping to pursue medical school after Duke. I applied to be a part of Dr. Kushnir's team because of my desire to work with children and gain a better understanding of how they formulate opinions and perceptions of the world around them. I have worked with children throughout middle and high school, founding a children's book club and summer reading program at my local library. I have an interest in exploring the world of developmental psychology and, specifically, gaining an understanding of how children learn through the environment.
